My connection with Red Anderson could be described as both brief and shallow but I'm certain there must be many, many people out there who's lives were positively impacted, like mine was, by passing through Red's orbit. As an elementary school boy in Red's Cub pack I admired this imposing man and had my life enriched by the weekly meetings and especially the annual camps.
I'm certain he leaves a great legacy of people with an appreciation of the outdoors, at least in part due to his efforts and passion.
My condolences to the family.
