Dear Family, may I express my sincere condolences with the passing of Kees. We\'ve known each other since the fifties, but lost touch with each other over the Years. However, we met again last Summer in a Tim Horton, which was a complete surprise, and find it hard to belief he passed on. I wish you strength to cope with your loss
