We are so saddened to hear of uncle Earl?s passing. Although our extended family was big and didn?t get together often, one of mine and my sister?s fondest memories was us all being together at uncle Earl?s cabin in Wabamun. I loved visiting with uncle Earl and hearing about his life on the farm growing up, he always had the best stories about his siblings and parents and was a great storyteller. When my parents moved to Mexico, they gave me a copy of the family tree that uncle Earl researched and drew - a cherished tribute to our family history. He has a special place in my heart and will be dearly missed. We are thinking of all of you and sending lots of love during this difficult time. Earle was always a great neighbor and respected friend, he was an inspiration to me at the lake and I enjoyed his emails keeping things light, he will be missed here and welcomed in his new neighborhood.
