More than a year late in discovering this sad and shocking news of Jim's passing, but I wanted to publicly express my love and appreciation of having known him. He and I were best friends and coworkers during the late 80's/early 90's. Had many good times together (camping, skiing, vacations, work related functions, as well as various local events and outings on the town). Unfortunately we had an uneventful falling out and lost contact with each other for more than 20 years, but had reconnected with him online in recent years with full intentions of resuming my friendship with him. I dearly missed having Jim as part of my life. Unfortunately, battling health issues of my own prevented the reunion with him that I had hoped for, and sadly it is now too late. Jim was an outstanding individual that came from a good family (condolences to Mike and John) and one of the best friends I ever had.
