My heart feels your pain Jody. May your father live on in your memories and take consolation in knowing he is no longer suffering. These wonderful fathers have given us so much and when they leave there is such a huge whole in our lives. Hugs my friend.

Our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to you, Doris and Jody and extended family. Fred loved his family and his grandkids were the apple of his eye. He will be missed by many.
Freddy was the first person I met 46 years ago when I moved to Edmonton as he was my landlord of a small office on 101 Street. We became friends along with Bob Christensen and eventually formed a little mortgage company, ASC Mortgage Ltd. Fred was the centre of attention at our mortgage broker conventions singing "Santa Lucia". We were the three amigos. Now there is one.
I will miss Freddy and our rueben sandwich lunches.
I will miss my buddy. God speed my friend.
