The sad day arrived and we must say goodbye but our wonderful memories remain. Margaret Murtha will always be Auntie Peggy to me. A few years back, I asked her why our family always called her Peggy when everyone else said Marg. She laughed that lovely laugh of hers and said iit was her brother Johnnyâ??s pet name for her. Heâ??d been such a tease. I thought about switching but she said no as it reminded her of her brother and growing up together. Family was so important to her. I will miss Auntie Peggyâ??s warmth, loving good cheer and the old family stores she shared with me in our telephone chats. My heart goes out to my cousins, their families and Auntie Peggyâ??s friends. We all loved her and will miss her so much.
