What a lovely obituary that truly captures the essence of the wonderful human being that was Bob Broersma and how much he meant to not only his family but to the lives of the many, many people he also touched. Janita, my heart breaks for the loss of your dear papa and Dorothy's beloved husband. He was obviously well loved and regarded and his kindness, generosity and spirit will live on in the lives of the many that were blessed to have known him. Dear Janita and Dorothy My heart breaks for you on your loss. The memories I have of him at Lifestyle Options. I know all to well the loss of a father. Dorothy and Janita-- So very sorry to read of Bob's passing. He was one of a kind and such a genuine and caring person. We always enjoyed our visits although maybe not often. And we were always thankful for you and Bob giving Leeanne a second home as she always and still does refer to you as Mom and Dad number 2. Please know we are thinking of you at this difficult time and please let us know when you are having the celebration of life. Remember all the beautiful memories he left with you! Mom and Janita, My thoughts are with you both during this time of loss. Dad 2 will be remembered fondly and with much love in my thoughts for his endless great stories of Holland House, our visits at the store, the many times we sat eating as much candy as possible and his great hamburgers!
