I did not know Nick. But I do know his brother, Dr. Krikke, who has shown exceptionally rare and caring, human sensitivity towards me, as a patient, for many years. I now know that his deep insights, into the struggles I have managed with his healing counsel, were largely based on his personal love and concern for Nick and his struggles. Ironically, Dr. Krikke's personal experience and insights into his brother's struggles has helped to benefit his patients, their families, and the doctors who have trained under Dr. Krikke. The world is, subsequently, a much, much better place. May my words now comfort you, Dr. Krikke, in return. God Bless You and Your Family. -Phyllis Thomson-
