(Maiden: Saunders)
of Edmonton
May 25, 1920 - Jun 25, 2013
We have only recently learned of Betty's passing. Our sympathy and thoughts go out to her family. Hal and I were privileged to know Betty and Norman when we moved to Edmonton in 1984. They were both so kind and welcomed us to our new home. Betty was a good friend, a good sport, and always a bright and cheerful presence. She will be missed. Hal's comment when he read the obituary was --"What a neat lady"

I wish to send my condolences on the death of your mother. Even though it was many years ago in Winnipeg, I remember your mom as a smiling, positive person.

The story of your Mom reads like a movie; what a full life she had.
We can only imagine the stories you can share that will keep her memory alive for all the family.
