Cathy, it was with great sadness that I heard of John?s passing. As you know, I worked with John at Revenue Canada---Special Investigations. He was a true gentlemen and I loved his honesty and his unique sense of humour. He was dubbed ?The Judge? as John expressed his views of the Canadian tax justice system and recent cases---it was all in good fun but his comments usually hit the mark. I will miss him at our ?Senator?s? lunches and my trading of e-mails with him. He had the respect of all around him. Paul Lefebvre
