On November 14, 2014, Kobie Vander Leest was called home to her faithful Lord and Saviour.

Kobie is survived by her five children, Donna (George) Debbink, Ron (Linda), Carl (Hermina), Karen (Harry) de Boer, and Calvin (Linda); 19 grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers; one sister-in-law; 1 brother-in-law in Canada; and one sister-in-law in the Netherlands.

Kobie was predeceased by her husband, William; son, Paul; six brothers; one sister; eight brothers-in-law; and 11 sisters-in-law.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton. A Celebration of Kobie’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 49245 Range Road 250, Leduc.
