On December 15, 2014, eager to go home to be with her Lord Jesus, having lived a full and blessed life, Annie Tuininga of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the age of 99.

She was predeceased by her husband Cecil William Tuininga on July 11, 2008 and sister Jenny in 2013.

She will be remembered for her solid faith, devotion to her family, generous hospitality, servant heart, quick wit and kind smile.

She will be dearly cherished by her seven children: Klaas (Sylvia), Henry (Jean), Pearl (Homer), Don (Alice), Bill (Linda), Calvin (Ellen) and Jane (Roy) as well as 28 living grandchildren (two deceased); 92 great-grandchildren (five deceased); six great-great-grandchildren; sister Rulie Nanninga and brother Albert (Clara).

A Memorial Service will be held at the Orthodox Reformed Church, 11610 - 95A Street, Edmonton on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
