On December 27, 2014, the Lord called home our husband, father and Opa, Menno Buwalda at the age of 92.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Grace of 65 years. He also leaves to mourn his children: Anko (Trincy) Buwalda of Edmonton, Abe Buwalda of Nanaimo, BC, Meina (Hank) Buijze of Edmonton, Rob (Dorothy) Buwalda of Edmonton and Rick (Mildred) Buwalda of Edmonton, as well as ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He is survived by three sisters and was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427 – 57 Street, Edmonton; Pastor Russ Graff officiating. Interment will take place at Little Mountain Cemetery prior to the service.
