On January 24, 2015 Eldon passed away at the age of 86. He was predeceased by his wife Diana and daughter Kate Donovan. He is survived by sons, Marlon and Rod (Patsy); daughter Glenys (Sherry); granddaughter, Margaret; sisters, Ruth Brown and Doreen.

He expressed love and compassion for his family and friends and will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the St. Albert United Church, 20 Green Grove Drive.
