Werner passed away at the age of 82. We were granted an additional year with him after a near fatal car accident in November 2013, from which he never fully recovered. Werner will be forever loved and remembered by his daughter, Kim; and his son, Don. Werner was predeceased by Helga, his wife of 42 years; brother, Adolph; mother, Gertrude; and his father, Christian.

Werner was an entrepreneur/businessman in St. Albert and area. He really enjoyed his Tuesday bowling league, was passionate about singing with the German Men’s Choir and was an active member of the Anglican Church.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, March 9, 2015 at All Saints Cathedral, 10035 -103 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.
