After a long battle with Alzheimers, Jane T. Chamberlain of Edmonton passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the age of 96.

She will be lovingly remembered by two nephews, a niece, and their families.

She was predeceased by her siblings: sisters: Marge and Betty; brother, Gerald; and nephew, Gary.

At the family’s request, a Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date.

Special thanks to the staff at the Edmonton General Hospital, Unit 7AB, and volunteer, Irene Lemay.

Memorial donations in Jane’s name may be made to a Charity of Ones’ Choice.
