On February 21, 2016, Mr. Alan C. Turnbull of St. Albert passed away at the age of 85 years.

Alan is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Stuart; and daughter, Tracy (Carl); grandchildren: Sean and Alexa; and Pepe, the little doggy.

He was predeceased by his mother and father, Mary and Clifford; and brother, Michael.

Alan was born in Winnipeg, raised in West Vancouver and spent his adult years in St. Albert. He had a long career with the Ford Motor Company of Canada. Alan loved driving the open road and knew where to get the best pie anywhere in Alberta or BC. His family fondly remembers many long drives. Alan liked talking with people and sharing his experiences with them. The family would like to express their appreciation for the kindness and respect that Alan always received from the staff at the Youville Home.
