On August 14, 2017, Dini Berkenbosch passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years. Dini will be lovingly remembered by her children; Herman (Louise), Hank (Lori), Alice Hagen (Grant) and Gerald; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great- great grandchild and brothers Henk and Jan in the Netherlands.

Dini was predeceased by her beloved husband, Herman, and her sister Willy.

She had many nieces and nephews who loved their Tante Dini. We are so grateful for the care of Dr. Amy Borkent and especially the loving hands and hearts of Emmanuel Home staff for the care and compassion they provided Dini these past five years.

Following a private interment, a Celebration of Life will take place at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427-57 St. NW, Edmonton, on Saturday, August 19 at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Rich deLange officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emmanuel Home or to a charity of your choice.
