It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Allan on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 87 years. He will be forever loved and remembered by 1 daughter, Carolyn (Randall) Meyer; 3 sons, Bradley (Leeca), Donald (Julie), David; and 6 grandchildren. Also to miss him dearly is a beloved companion, Tilly Hestermann; sister, Rita Scheele; extended family and many friends. Allan was predeceased by his loving wife, Elizabeth. A Visitation will take place on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. A Graveside Service will be at Westlawn Memorial Gardens, 10132-163 Street, Edmonton, on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow the same day at First Christian Reformed Church, 10956-96 Street, Edmonton, AB at 12:00 p.m.
