On November 6, 2018 the Lord took to himself Tryntje "Tena" Brandsma at the age of 90 years.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Koenraad "Henk" Brandsma; her children: Norm (Anne), Renita (Bud), George (Marge) & John (Margaret); 14 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by one brother; and two sisters. She is the last of her generation.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Providence Canadian Reformed Church, 12905 122 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Tena’s name to Emmanuel Home, 13425 57 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5A 2G1.
