It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Lois Meunier on Tuesday, December 4th 2018 at the age of 87 years.

Lois will always be remembered by her loving family including five children: Colette (Mark), Allan (Nadia), Adele (Doug), Jeanne (Greg) and Dan (Thamarai); grandchildren: Jennifer (Andy), Andrew (Nicole), Tania, Emily, Stefan, and Jon; great grandchildren: Zain and Ayla, as well as numerous extended family and many dear friends.

Lois was predeceased by her husband of 64 years "Frank" François; her daughter, Laurie;as well as her brothers Ray and Barry.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Queen of Martyrs Church (formerly St. Angela Merici Parish), 13210 133A Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 3T7 on Thursday, December 20th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.

Cremation has taken place.

The family would like to extend our sincere thank you to the staff at the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories; Summerwood Retirement Village Sherwood Park; and the Norwood Palliative Ward for their kind and compassionate care of Lois.
