On April 4, 2019, Mrs. Lilian Jessie Lock of Edmonton passed away at the age of 84. Lilian was born at Rotterdam, Holland. Lilian married William Lock in Rotterdam on June 26, 1958 and immigrated to Canada in the same year.

Lilian will be lovingly remembered by her children, Bill Jr. (Noella and their daughter, Vanessa) of Sherwood Park, Carmen of Edmonton and Michelle Vaage (Brian) of Edmonton. She is also survived by five step children, Bob (Linda), Dennis (Mavis), Marilynn (Roger), Conrad (Sue Ellen) and Stan (Brenda). Lilian was predeceased by her first husband, William Lock in 1997, her brother, Joost van de Kop in 2001 and her second husband, Abraham F. Penner in January 2019. We appreciate the excellent compassionate care provided by the team at Shepherd’s Care Millwoods.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 11 at 4:00 p.m. at Shepherd’s Care, 6640 – 28 Avenue, Edmonton with Pastor Blair Ewaskow officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shepherd’s Care Foundation.On April 4, 2019, Lilian Lock of Edmonton passed away at the age of 84 years.
