It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ena Hesselink announce her peaceful passing into the loving arms of her Lord on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the age of 87 years.

Ena will always be lovingly remembered and so sadly missed by her four children, Ron, Randy (Trina), Yolanda (Glenn) and Yvonne(Sid); fifteen grandchildren, Ashlee, Kim, Jordan, Colton, Chase, Curtis, Brett, Desiree (Paul), Dustin, Danielle, Drew (Mio), Danika (Devin), Kyle, Kara (Michael) and Matthew (Jess); two great grandchildren, Ben and Michael(his mother, Rebecca); two brothers, Hans and Peter; one sister, Marian; best friend, Liz Eastcott; as well as numerous extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard; brother, Bill; and sister, Cathy.

A Celebration of Ena’s Life will take place on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 10:00am at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 114 St, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in memory of Ena to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta or the charity of one’s choice.
