On Thursday, March 25, Edmond Henri Casavant passed away at the age of 80 years. Eddie will be remembered by his loving wife, Rosemarie; children: David (Karen), Lisa (Lawrence, deceased), Gloria (Barry); grandchildren: Brody, Lucas, Deanne, Edmond, Kallin, Sydney; great-grandchildren: Adèlie, Élise; siblings: Rachel, Méclea (Astrid), Maxime (Russel); nieces and nephews: Irene (John), Louis (Angèle) and daughters Dominique and José, Nicole (Shawn) and son Sam, André (Christine) and daughter Genny; and grand-nieces and nephews: Cathryn, Carolyn and Andrew.

He was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Marie Reine; siblings; Gaitane (Gilbert), Liza and Leopold; brother-in-law, Luciene; nephew, Paul; Rosemarie's parents, Lee and Archie Demers and three brothers-in-law; numerous other family members. Ed will be remembered by Rosemarie's six siblings and their spouses as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. It will be livestreamed on the St. John the Evangelist Church Facebook page for those who cannot attend in person.
