Albert Wildeboer

of Edmonton

Albert Wildeboer went to be with his Lord on May 16, 2021 at the age of 89 years. Albert was predeceased by his parents, Kryne & Aafke Wildeboer; and his brother and sister-in-law, Sidney & Frida Wildeboer.

He is survived by his brother, John (Betty) Wildeboer; sister, Imma (Otto) Rypstra; as well as 14 nieces and nephews.

Albert was born in Wagenborgen, GR, the Netherlands in 1931, and together with his family emigrated to Canada in 1951. Working on the family farm in Ardrossan was Albert's passion and it gave him many years of joy; as farming slowed down he enjoyed being on the land. Albert spent three years in the care of very capable staff at Canterbury. Albert's family wishes to thank special friends Clayton and Maria who visited Albert weekly at Canterbury.

In celebration of his life, a private (due to current restrictions) Memorial Service will be held at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10041 - 114 Street NW on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Terence Visser officiating.
