On October 16, 2021, Maralynne passed away at the age of 79.

She is survived by her son, Michael; her daughter-in-law, Yvonne; sister, Linda; sisters and brother in spirit, Carole Bea, Marge and Jan; and her nephews and nieces, Richard, Glenda, Marika and Kierin.

She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Lillian Kocourek; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Rodger Sware; and beloved friend Robert Claney.

The Celebration of her life will be held at 12:00 PM, October 29, 2021 at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street NW, Edmonton.

All attendees must provide proof of double-vaccination and photo identification.
