We are sad to announce the passing of Cecilia on January 27th, 2022, at the age of 89.

Cecilia will be deeply missed by her children, Sheryl (Don), Christine, Emilene (Gary), Wendy (Myron), Warren (Cynthia), Vernon (Monique); grandchildren, Trevor (Jodi), Candace (Brad), Nathan, Nicole (Nathan), Danielle (Matt), Ryan (Kyra), Darryl (Sarah), Zachary (Payton), Denis, Cari, Caleb and Skylar; great-grandchildren, Kailee (Bracken), Arie, Mina, Vander, Corbin, Zoey, Ryker, Manor, Noah, Bennett; and her expected great-granddaughter, Penelope.

Cecilia was predeceased by her husband, Arie; parents, Charles and Sadie; siblings, Albert, Dave, and Ernie; brothers-in-law, Henk, Gerald, and Herman; and brother and sister-in-law, Gerrit and Clara.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Clarence (Ann), Evelyn (Fred), Susan, Lillian (Bert), Edward (Ali), Carolyn, Peter (Corrie); and sister-in-law, Lula.

We deeply appreciate the excellent care of Dr. John and all the staff at Touchmark.

The Internment will be held Friday, February 4, 2022, for immediate family only.

The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on February 5th, 2022, at Cornerstone United Reformed Church, 11610 95A Street in Edmonton. The service will be live streamed as well at: www.cornerstoneurcedmonton.com

Space is limited due to COVID protocol.
