On March 30, 2020, Randy passed away peacefully at the age of 63.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Brenda; children, Tracy (Denton Aebly) and Kevin; grandsons, Dax Aebly and Cortland Aebly; siblings, Allan (Darlene), Kelly, and Kathy (Darrell) Helgeland; sisters-in-law, Margaret Robinson, Hazel Rogan, Barb (Jeff) Wright, and Beverley (Rob) Knorren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Randy was predeceased by his parents, Alois and Frances; and brothers-in-law, Archie Robinson and Ed Rogan.
