James Richard Vincent �??Dick�?� Walters

of Edmonton

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend whom we all knew as Dick. He died at home from heart failure on April 6, 2022, at the age of 79 years.

Dick and the love of his life, Marilynn, started their life journey together in high school and spent 63 years as best friends and spouses for 57 years. Mourning the loss with Marilynn, is daughter, Kathy, son, Richard (Pam); grandsons, James and Duncan, brother, Bob (Helen); nieces, Susan and Melanie; and many friends.

Dick's other lifelong love was Structural Engineering. He had a successful career that spanned over 50 years and worked on many iconic buildings in the City of Edmonton that will ensure his legacy will live on for many years to come.

The family will be celebrating his life with a private memorial.
