It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sjoeke Folkinga (Bakker) announces her passing on May 3, 2022. She is survived by her son Hans (Francka), two daughters, Dieuwke (Peter), and Irene (Bill), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sjoeke is predeceased by her loving husband, John, and daughter, Maaike. As per Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Capital Care Grandview for their excellent care and support. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
