It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a person we love dearly. Karl passed away on December 1, 2022.

He leaves behind his wife Janny of 55 years; daughter, Jacoba (Coby); and son, Henry.

Karl was known to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He would offer his expertise as an electrician or his many other skills. He loved being at home and spending his time with family and friends. He enjoyed the summers, the family barbecues, and especially his vegetable garden. He loved to see it grow and blossom, and to share the harvest in the fall.

We will miss him.

A Celebration of Life for Karl will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 114 Street, Edmonton.
