Grace Dykstra

of Edmonton, Alberta

On August 14, 2023, Grace Dykstra (nee Trompetter) passed away at the age of 91. Grace was born in 1931 in Andijk, The Netherlands.

She emigrated to Canada to marry her sweetheart, Gerben Dykstra. They welcomed children: Edward (Rose) Dykstra, Carolyne (Richard) Aarsen, Yolanda (Gordon) Brouwer, Laverne (Peter) VanWeerden, Lester Dykstra, Philip (Gabriela) Dykstra.

They were also blessed with eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Grace lived a full life, raising her children, loving her husband, and walking with her Lord. Well done good and faithful servant.

Funeral Service to be held at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427 57 St NW, Edmonton, AB, at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 19th, 2023, officiated by Pastor Rich deLange.
