Nolan Watson

of St. Albert

The family of Albert Watson of St. Albert is saddened to announce his passing on March 14, 2024 at the age of 82 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Mary Brooks; his daughter Ivy Hayes; Mary's son Steve Holt (Carla) and daughter Anna Perry (Geoff); grandchildren Tessa (Dustin), Terra (Rueben), Bill, Tyler and Ashley, Liam, Roan, Danielle (Kalon), Kyle (Jane), and Katherine; and six great grandchildren Brodie, Vanessa and Jaelynn, Griffin, Ethan and Ronan.

Albert is survived by his siblings Ron Watson (Lorna), Ruth Watson and Daniel Watson (Charlotte). He was a loving uncle to several nephews and nieces.

Albert was predeceased by his parents Nolan Cheriton and Nettie Watson, his wife Virginia Watson, his sister Donna Pearl and son Neil Hayes.

Albert was a quiet and generous man who enjoyed sitting by the ocean, listening to the birds and spending time with family. In his later years Albert developed a passion for watching soccer and spent many hours cheering for Manchester United.

A time to remember Albert will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024 in the St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert.
