The family of Gerald “Gerry” Andrew Eelhart is saddened to announce his passing on September 2, 2024.

Gerry was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Grace Eelhart; and brothers, Nick, Bill, and Jim. He is survived by special friend, Alecia; and by Chuck and Regina, Clare and Elsie, Stan, Marg and Terry Falk, Jeanette and Michael Montgomery. He is also survived by Nick's wife, Tianhua, Jim's wife, Maureen, sister-in-law, Marian, long-term roommates, Nicola Fairbrother and family, all the community at Neighborhood Bridges, and he was the proud uncle of many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. T. Loewen, Dr. K. Miner, and the many professionals in Alberta Health Care services for their kind and considerate care

A public Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10014 114 Street NW, Edmonton. Interment will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Westlawn Cemetery, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, with Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m., at Providence Canadian Reformed Church, 12905 122 Avenue NW, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Rehoboth Camp, Christian Ministries., 1222 20 Street, Coaldale, Alberta, T1M 1N1.
