"My soul finds rest in God alone; My salvation comes from him." Psalm 62: 1 Gerda of Emmanuel Home in Edmonton, Alberta passed away peacefully in the presence of her Lord at the age of 91 years. Mom is survived by her children, Helene (Garry) Van Beek, George (Donna), Gerald, John (Joyce), Marianne (Albert) De Boer; 22 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one sister, Hanna and one sister-in-law, Willy both in The Netherlands. Gerda was predeceased by her husband (John) Henry in 2000; 10 sisters and brothers.
