It is with profound sadness, yet gentle relief, that we announce Jeff’s passing on July 12, 2011. He faced his long and courageous journey with dignity and grace. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Helen; much cherished daughters, Cathie (Jim) and Pat (Vince); treasured grandchildren, Jodi (Ben), Jami (Kent), Aimee (Ryan), Jeff and Eleesha; and the lights of his life, great-grandchildren, Berlynn, Tyler, Kirsten, Jessica, Reed and Ainslee. He is also survived by two wonderful brothers, Bill (Pat) and Trevor (Beryl); special cousin, Jean; many adoring nieces, nephews and friends in Canada and Australia. Many thanks to all the wonderful people who have been involved with Jeff’s care over the past few years. You will remain in our hearts forever. Cremation and a private family interment has taken place. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011–114 Street, Edmonton. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be sent to the charity of one’s choice. Rest in peace Dad – until we meet again!
