Denise passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of 25 August 2011 at the age of 69, in the arms of her daughter Jackie, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her son, Allan (Jo-Anne) Guzak; daughter, Jackie (Dave) Trieber and grandchildren, Forrest and Brooklynne Trieber; sisters, Muriel Bruneau, Joyce (Brian) Currell, Helen (John) Kirkpatrick, Yvette Bruneau; brothers, Noel (Jean) Bruneau, Norman Bruneau and Leo (Lena) Bruneau; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Denise was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Gabrielle Bruneau and brother, Yvon. The family would like to thank Dr. Ann Huot and Dr. Barton for their compassionate care as well as the nursing staff at Norwood Palliative Care for their exceptional compassionate care. They made this very difficult time bearable for Denise and her family.
