On September 10, 2011, Raymond Albert Farion of Edmonton passed away at the age of 79 years in Burns Lake, British Columbia. Raymond is survived by his loving wife Brenda; three daughters, Hilary (Glen) Gabelmann, Alison Farion, and Bonnie (Morgan) Wong; four grandchildren, Vincent, Ava, Katherine, and Carter; sister, Rosemary Spain of Salisbury, North Carolina, USA; two sisters-in-law, Cathie Farion and Joyce Farion; dear nieces and nephews, and special friends. He was predeceased by his three brothers, John, Richard, and Noel; sister, Janet; nephew, Scott; and parents, William and Katherine. Raymond will be remembered as a loving husband, wonderful father and grandfather, and especially remembered for building The Legacy, and sharing his love and joy for fishing at Francois Lake, BC with family and friends. Please join us for a Memorial Service on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton.
