On May 10, 2012, Theresa McKernan passed away at the age of 76 years.

Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her son, Trent; granddaughter, Chloe; sisters, Shirley (Laurier) Leclair and Sheila Murphy; brothers, Patrick (Rosemarie), Leo (Loretta), Austin (Darlene), Tommy, and Brian; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Kathryn; brother, James; sisters, Jean (Ove) Dahl and Geraldine (Chuck) Loader; and brother-in-law, Harry Murphy.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Basilica, 10044 – 113 Street, Edmonton.

The family would like to thank the staff at Unit 5B of Edmonton General Long Term Care Centre for the excellent care and compassion shown to Theresa.
