On Monday, June 18, 2012, Jennie passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Norwood Palliative Care Centre.

Jennie will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 58 years, Roland; two sons and one daughter, Bryan (Viv), Lyle (Sandra) and Karen (Dave); four grandchildren, Kevin (Kristen), Brendan (Amanda), Lindsey, and Katie. She will always be remembered in the hearts of many.

Cremation has taken place and at Jennie’s request no funeral service will be held. The family extends special thanks to the nursing staff at the Norwood Palliative Care Centre for their compassionate care of Jennie in her final days.
