It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Truman Wellar of Pigeon Lake, just five days short of his 69th birthday.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend, Geri; brother Dennis (Barb); two sons as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Truman was predeceased by his parents Frances and Russell.

A Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Assumption Catholic Church 9040-95 Avenue, Edmonton.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Truman’s caregiver’s at the Grey Nuns Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Truman’s memory will be gratefully accepted at the Canadian Cancer Foundation, #201, 9452-51 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T6E 5A6.
