Ernest of Edmonton passed away peacefully on November 25, 2013 at the age of 96, after a short illness. Loved father of Geoff (Raewyn) and David (Audrey), grandfather of six and great grandfather of six. Eldest son of Mark and Jesse Maunsell-Wybrants, Ernest was born into a Southern Alberta cattle ranching and farming family, he went on to become the largest apiarist in Alberta and later into farmland with crops and cattle. He also served his country during WW2 in the RCN. We will remember his hard work ethic mixed with an appetite for risk, and adventure. Although we are far away we will miss the times we spent and laughed together. At Ernest’s request, no formal service will be held and cremation has already taken place.
