John "Jack" Murray

On Thursday, March 13, 2014 Jack Murray passed away at the age of 85 years. Jack was predeceased by his loving wife, Molly, in 1989.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son James (Marianne) and their children, Molly and Justin; daughter Heather (Darcy) Kennedy; brothers, Allan (Gayle) and Edward; sister-in-law Joyce; sister-in-law Ollie Chesterman; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Jack will also be missed by life-long friend Ron Hislop; as well as all his friends in the Shriners, Free Masons, Legion and Ritchie United Church community.

Jack was also predeceased by his sister Kathleen; brother Thomas; sister-in-law Doris; and brother-in-law Jack Chesterman.

A Memorial Service will be held at Ritchie United Church, 9624-74 Avenue, Edmonton on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

At Jack’s request, cremation has taken place.
