On Tuesday, April 29, 2014, Charles Raymond Forest of Edmonton passed away at the age of 79 years.

Ray is survived by his dear companion of 17 years, Laura Uhrum; his three children, Sandra, Patricia, and Kevin; his sisters, Blanche and Annette; and brothers, Donald and Robert.

He was predeceased by his sons, Gregory, and Paul; and his brothers, Joe and Eddie.
