With heavy hearts the family of Sylvia Hussain, from Edmonton, AB, announces her passing on August 3, 2014 at the age of 91.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Aryf and Attiya (Neil) Jacobs; grandsons, Kyle and Sean, as well as other family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Zakir; parents David and Karin Rabbinowitz; and sisters Katy and Gudrun.

A Celebration of Sylvia’s Life will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T6G 1Z2 or the charity of your choice.
