On February 25, 2012, Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" Schwob (nee Wilson) passed away at the age of 88 years. Betty attended the University of Alberta where she graduated in 1944 with a BA and in 1969 with a BLS. She is survived by her three daughters: Diane Schwob of France, Barbara (John) Vrolijk of Sherwood Park, Ann (Jeff) Back of Edmonton; five grandsons; one granddaughter; four great grandchildren; three sisters: Joan Jackson of Edmonton, Patricia (Russ) Jones of Beaverton, ON, Diane "Dinny" (Gary) Holroyd of Saskatoon; one brother, Roger (Doreen) Wilson of Edmonton and one sister in law, Jeanne Homer of Boca Raton, Florida. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Theodore "Ted". A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., at St. George’s Anglican Church, 11733-87 Avenue, Edmonton.
